ABOUT US

Our message is really very simple. If you see high-quality medical providers, you get better faster, and your doctors are on same page as our legal team throughout your case. When high quality doctors and lawyers work together, you get the best possible outcome in your personal injury case.

How It All Began

Founded in 2014, Adam Smallow Injury Lawyers began as a small, client-focused practice in Maryland dedicated to standing up for injured individuals and leveling the playing field against powerful insurance companies. Drawing on his early legal career experiences, Adam saw firsthand how victims were often overlooked or pressured to settle for less than they deserved. Determined to change that, he built a firm where clients are heard, respected, and protected every step of the way.

Our Mission and Growth

From the start, the firm’s mission has been to help clients get back on their feet financially and emotionally after a serious accident. Every case, no matter the size, receives the same dedication and attention. As client needs grew, the practice expanded beyond personal injury to include workers’ compensation and other injury-related claims. Adam ensures clients receive complete support and aggressive representation both in negotiations and in the courtroom.

We Make the Insurance Companies Work for You!

It has never been more difficult than right now to settle injury cases against the auto insurance companies. More than ever, it really has become a David versus Goliath battle to secure reasonable value on behalf of our clients.

Adam fights for the injured victims who want to hire a personal injury law firm that will go the distance every time for their clients in order to make sure they receive the results they want.

Adam Fights for Your Recovery

The offers we are seeing today don’t even cover the medical bills, let alone what we call the impact on life. The offers don’t account for how the crash has affected our clients, their families, their jobs, their children, their day-to-day activities, or just getting up and getting ready for the day.

We may have negotiated with the insurance companies in the past, 10 or 20 years ago, but today, they are offering nothing to settle. Again, this is why we set every case up for success from the beginning by having our clients see great doctors and provide 24/7 access to our law firm via text or phone. Adam Fights to get you the settlement that your family deserves.

Our Focus is You

Our lawyers are committed to helping you obtain a full financial recovery after a serious accident or injury.
