Originally from Philadelphia, he earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. Adam leads the firm’s representation of injured victims throughout Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic in car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence cases. He is actively involved in community initiatives and autism awareness efforts in Harford County. Cecilia I. Lavrin is an attorney with a unique background as a former registered nurse and over 20 years of experience handling medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and personal injury cases. She previously defended healthcare providers and served as Director of Risk Management for a regional medical center. Her combined experience in nursing, defense law, and risk management allows her to efficiently analyze medical records, work closely with medical experts, and litigate complex cases. Julia C. Fuller is the Director of Operations at Adam Smallow Injury Lawyers, bringing more than 19 years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, and estate planning. She focuses on improving efficiency, productivity, and firm-wide administrative processes. Julia holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Harford Community College and is an active member of the Maryland Association for Justice. Michelle Beckwith is a Senior Paralegal with over 30 years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and criminal law. A Harford County native, Jane enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, reading, and spending time with her dogs. She resides in Bel Air, Maryland.
Carolina I. Hernandez is a litigation paralegal with nine years of legal experience, specializing in personal injury litigation. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Stevenson University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
