The case in Baltimore County, Maryland, that we had several years ago. It was this great family that I’ve been representing for years, the father, the wife, and his sons. He was in an accident in Baltimore where it was two lanes, not a highway, busy road. The other driver hit him. Those are the easiest cases for the insurance companies to say ‘contributory negligence’. But because our client had pictures, which showed his vehicle pretty much in his lane and the vehicle that hit him, half the car was in our client’s lane. So you can just see from the evidence, in addition to a client who just sounded credible and trustworthy. They had the pictures, but they don’t care until you make them care.
And so we filed a lawsuit, we went into court, we had a trial, and we had a great client and we had these great pictures, and we won. Doing it the right way and got justice and got the win, that was a very fulfilling result. So it doesn’t matter whether it’s $10,000, $15,000, or $250,000 or a million dollars, if our clients are seeing real doctors, they’re being treated and being heard, and then we settle a case to their satisfaction, that’s the best I can hope for in every case
