We love being part of the community of Harford County. There’s so many opportunities for us to give back and so many different organizations and events that we’re part of. One of our favorite events is Miracle Day. That’s once a year, and we team up with the Miracle League of Harford County, who has built their own baseball field in Bel Air, Maryland, for children with physical and mental disabilities, for them to have a place to play baseball.
We team up with them one game a year, and it’s an all-day event on Saturday from the little kids to teenagers and we bring in food, we bring in an icy truck, we bring in our team, and we play with them.
And it’s just a wonderful day for us. The kids just love it. And I’m not very good at baseball, but I love one day a year getting out on that field with the glove on and playing baseball with them. And we love the Miracle League.
I always encourage everybody on my team, if there’s something that you support, or something that is important to you an organization or a community event that you’ve been part of or want to become part of let’s do it.
